Ingredients:
20 ml Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin
20 ml White Vermouth
30 ml Prosecco
60 ml soda water
2 lime wedges
1 rosemary sprig
Instructions:
In a large wine glass filled with ice, combine the gin, vermouth, Prosecco, and soda water, and gently stir. Squeeze the lime to release a fresh citrus burst and add the rosemary sprig.
