Overview
The Aboitiz-Moraza Family Council introduced Family Service Days with a visit by 30 family members to Kanlungan Ni Maria, an elder care center in Rizal. Residents had faced neglect, abuse, and extreme poverty prior to receiving care at the center.
What Was Achieved
This activity resulted in:
Meaningful engagement between family members and residents of the care community.
Direct support through fundraising for medicines and hygiene supplies.
A day of social activities that fostered connection, dignity, and well-being among residents.
The establishment of a recurring model for future family service days.
