Where to Eat
21 Restaurant - The restaurant that batchoy built. 21 started as a hole-in-the-wall that is now a booming establishment which serves batchoy, kilawin, and fresh lumpia made to perfection.
Aida's Manokan - The quintessential Bacolod chicken inasal experience is a trip to manokan country. Order a pecha (warm meat quarter) and enjoy it on a bed of hot rice seasoned with orange chicken drippings and crunchy garlic.
Lanai by Fresh Start - A cute little fresh air restaurant that serves healthy smoothies and an assortment of veggie based meals (don't worry, they have meat too).
Gary's Punong - Spend a lazy lunch day by a rice patty and cold spring pool. This restaurant also has accommodations for those interested.

Sitting Duck - Aside from its comfort food, Sitting Duck has a great selection of drinks. We especially like the cocktails that come with crushed ice.
Quedan - You'd be hard-pressed to find a bar in Bacolod that can match Quedan's selections.
Delicioso - For those looking for a European fix, Deliciosa will have you covered with their selection of wines, beers, and European delicacies.
