  2. Camiguin Beefarm Bistro - Must see eclectic driftwood bar and restaurant with onsite roasted locally grown coffee. Menu defies description. Best for lunch while seeing pools and waterfalls on the eastern side of the island. Also an excellent vantage for sunset cocktails.

  3. Casa Roca - Filipino-Americanish menu set in a seaside hilltop property.

  4. Guerrera - Good quality Southeast Asian cuisine, set in a seaside rice paddy property.

  5. Pedro's - Local Camiguin and Filipino cuisine at the old pier and lighthouse near downtown Mambajao.

  6. J&A Fishpen - Filipino cuisine and fresh seafood set in Taguines Lagoon, a volcanic caldera.

  7. Peninsular - Familiar authentic Spanish cuisine, set in a heritage house.

  8. La Dolce Vita - Across the airport, great for lunch. Italian; voted one of the best pizzas in the Philippines.

Ana Torres was born in Camiguin around 1824. Her family fled to Ormoc, Leyte after the volcanic eruption in Camiguin of 1827. Ana Torres married Gregorio Yrastorza and is therefore a grandmother of all the Aboitiz-Moraza Family. We are all connected to Camiguin Island.
