  1. Serai - Modern Filipino food and natural wines in the city.

  2. Flower Drum - A genuine establishment in China town. It was known for being the best restaurant in Australia in the 80's and 90's.

  3. France-Soir - Incredible French cuisine and steak frites.

Where to Drink
  1. Market Lane Coffee - CBD (several locations) - one for the coffee snobs, Market Lane master the art of the traditional coffee. No Soy milk here... just pure unpasteurised milk from Gippsland and delicious rich coffee. Recommend visiting this establishment for a caffeine-fix during a walk through the Queen Victoria markets.

  2. Everyday Coffee - Inner-North, Collingwood - in its humble beginnings this cafe/roaster was a tiny cafe serving Melbourne's creatives and digital freelancers. Now Everyday Coffee is an institution, located on Sackville Street their cafe serves delicious bagels and the best Coffee in town. Grab a coffee and walk down Smith St, voted the World's Coolest Street 2 years running with great record stores, gift shops, fashion and bars.

  3. Maker - South-side, South Yarra - quickly becoming a cyclists regular pit-stop, Maker roasts and brews fantastic specialty coffee with modern decor akin to the specialty cafes of Tokyo.
